Vintage Kitchen

What's in your kitchen?

Ours has a lot of 1960's collectibles! Vintage kitchenware is one of our favorite categories to pick up at estate sales.

Here are some of our finds!

Our kitchen display at a local antique mall. We have handmade wooden signs, quilted and embroidered tea cozys, rose chintz cup candles, mid-century glassware, silver-plate, china, other vintage finds.

See our "Lucille" apron in the right corner? A vintage style pattern using a daffodil print from Flower Show by Benartex.

Strainers & Sifters

We found these adorable ceramic piggy napkin rings at a local vintage shop and knew exactly what to pair with them! We made a set of cotton homespun napkins with a decorative strip of Farm Fresh by Riley Blake Designs.

Wicked Chickens Lay Deviled Eggs.

Check out those chicken canisters! We still have my grandmother's set in our kitchen. That red cheese grater? We made it into a nightlight!

Cast Iron Trivets

Wooden rolling pins with original green and red handles circa 1940s/1950s.

A kitchen display from a local antique mall. 70's harvest gold dishes, homespun cotton napkins, vintage inspired bread roll server, crochet turkey pot holders, and an autumnal strip quilted tea cozy.

Mid century kitchen finds! A metal recipe box with adorable artwork, a red wooden wall mounted recipe box, and a wooden cowgirl/cowboy shopping reminder.

A kitchen still life! Retro reproduction cherries, polka dots, and gingham. Strip quilted hot pads, a quilted cast iron skillet handle cover (a must), a vintage style half apron, and a punny embroidered denim tea cozy!

Apple print dress made with a vintage pattern. Complete the 50's look with a smocked and pleated cookie recipe half apron.

Vintage inspired aprons. Cherry prints with embroidered patches, vintage sunflower and gingham, and even a reversible men's suiting apron.
